When treating patients, we strive to create personalized and comprehensive dental treatment plans that are also affordable. Our business staff will provide a written estimate for treatments that require more than one dental visit and work with you to make financial arrangements.
We ask that all patients pay for treatment at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept the following forms of payment: 1) cash or personal check; 2) Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover; and
3) Care Credit Charge Card
As a courtesy, we file most insurances for patients. We file your insurance with information that you provide us.
Prior to your first visit
, please call so we can assist you in understanding your plan, including any co-pays and deductibles that you may have.
At each visit
, please bring your insurance card and updated plan information. Our insurance associates will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you might have about your coverage.
Because we work for you, our patients, and not for the insurance companies, our practice does not sign contracts with any insurance carrier. For this reason, patients are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or outstanding balances not covered by their plans at the time of service.
